Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

We process and ship all orders very quickly. We cannot guarantee any modification or cancellation after your order has been placed.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order: contact our customer service as soon as possible by email at contact@santaviapro.com

We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.

To expedite the processing of your request, please indicate "Cancel my order" in the subject line of your email, along with your full name and order number in the body of the email.

Return and Refund Policy

If the order has already been shipped, rest assured — you can initiate a return to receive a refund, subject to the rules below.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The shipping label on the package must also be present and intact.

For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the device has been used.

Items that cannot be returned:

- Gift cards

- Digital books (eBooks)

To complete your return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within one week.

Shipping cost refunds are only available in the event of withdrawal before the package is dispatched.

Late or missing refunds:

- Contact your bank

- Processing generally takes 7 to 14 business days

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank, as there is often a necessary processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.

If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@santaviapro.com

Shipping

To return a product, you must contact us by email at: contact@santaviapro.com and we will provide you with the procedure and the address of our warehouse capable of receiving returned packages.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
